The first layer everything looks to. Every keynote transcript, Zoom recording, past deck, and the 284-quote book gets indexed into one semantic graph: searchable by meaning, connected like a mind map. The quote match in step two and the BlakeOS Studio library both query this same layer. It runs on the same engine Brody uses for his own second brain, no extra account and no API key.

First shelves already stocked: the quote book and the Scaling.com Drive folder. Everything else files in automatically as it arrives.

Foundation ready

The quote book · a living shelf

Today the Studio carries a snapshot: 284 quotes imported Aug 24. Blake keeps the real book in his notes and keeps adding to it, so the connector’s job is simple: every new line he writes shows up in quote match without anyone asking.

Cleanest path: the book lives as a Google Doc in the Scaling.com folder. The Studio re-reads it on every open and new lines file into the Brain on their own. Apple Notes has no clean cloud tap, so syncing it directly waits for the phase-two Mac agent. One copy-paste move, alive forever.

Google account

One sign-in with the scaling.com Google account. It lets the Studio read the source folder in Drive and write the finished deck back as a native, editable Slides file.

Scopes: Drive (read sources, write the deck) and Slides. Nothing else.

The one real blocker. Drive already works, but the Slides API is switched off in the Google project, so step five cannot go live until the project owner flips it on. It is one click.

Point the Studio at the Scaling.com folder: philosophies, frameworks, the coaches playbook, past decks. That is what the auto-pull chips in step one read from, and it feeds the Brain.

The step-three images: one anonymous figure, golden hour, the physical situation is the idea. They run on kie.ai: one account, one key, every top image model behind it, and Blake owns the billing, so the Studio never stalls on someone else’s credits.

Setup once: create the account, buy a credit pack, paste the key here. Refills are one button on their billing page, and the Studio flags a low balance before it matters. Until the key lands, images run on Brody’s pipeline so nothing blocks.

Claude · the thinking engine

The drafting, the quote matching, the Brain checks, the deck assembly. All of it runs on Claude behind the scenes. One Anthropic API key, billed by use. Brody sets it up and watches the balance, so Blake never touches it. Model routing is handled: images on kie.ai, thinking on Claude, and neither is a knob Blake has to turn.
